Wesco Inc. operates gas stations
and convenience stores throughout West Michigan. We worked with them
to increase their overall profitability. Our first focus was reducing
employee turnover (we call it Churn) as a foundational element of
improving customer connection. Using our Performance Amplification
methods, WESCO reduced churn from nearly 90% per year to 35% and had
12 consecutive months of record store profits in the first year of
our process -- a huge impact on their operations. In the process,
their store managers learned more about running their stores and increasing
their profitability.
